Position: Fundraising Officer
Fundraising Officer Job Description
• To research and identify suitable trusts and funding bodies that matches the criteria for North Wales Deaf Association’s projects and core activities
• To prepare written proposals and reports, including full-cost recovery expenditure budgets that meet funders’ criteria.
• To develop and maintain good relations with appropriate trusts, public bodies and their staff in order to raise awareness and a commitment to North Wales Deaf Association.
• To develop suitable materials to support funding applications
• To take lead responsibility in organising suitable events to raise funds for core activities within the North Wales Deaf Association
• To recruit and supervise suitable fund raising volunteers
• To work as part of a team ensuring other staff members are appropriately involved with development of projects and services.
